Webcam and microphone settings
Before you begin to use easymeeting™ it is important to check the proper accessories (webcam, microphone, earphones, headphones, speakers, camera or other accessories connected to the PC) are functioning correctly and have correctly been read by the driver during installation. Double click on the Client Configurator icon, to verify the hardware was installed correctly.

In this paragraph we will not focus the various options of the Client Configurator, but we will examine the procedure for setting the audio and video hardware. For more details on the Client Configurator see the chapter on Advanced Configuration.
It is important to remember that the verification described below is to be used whenever you change an accessory or change your PC settings.
• Click on the icon to open the Client Configurator:

• Click on the Audio and video device configuration wizard: after a welcome message, the video configuration window will open:

• Click on YES if the device is correctly selected. If not, click on No, change device and click YES again. It opens this window:

• Click on TEST, if your webcam work properly you will see the image correctly. If you cannot see the image, click NO and reselect the proper device.

• At his point by clicking YES, you will have access to the Audio Input Configuration section to receive the audio signal:

If the device selected is correct, click YES. Otherwise click NO and select the correct device.
• After you have the right selection, click on the arrow, go to the Audio Input Configuration section to receive the incoming audio signal:

After you regulate the level of the black bar, try to talk and be sure the level of the yellow bar is moving. If it moves, click YES, otherwise click NO and select the correct input.
• At this point, select the microphone, and move on to Audio Output Configuration. Click on the arrow to enter the configuration session. Adjust the level of the black bar by clicking on TEST, you should hear music playing. If you do not hear it, click NO and correct the placement of the device. Otherwise, click YES and proceed with the test.

After having configured each device, the last step allows you to verify the complete operation of the selected items. Entering the Final Test session, click once on the Test button. At this point the webcam will take the image and the level of the yellow bar will lift at the sound of your voice.
At this time you can click Finish.
