videolearning™ Window

The videolearning window is a real control panel, which varies according to the view of the Tutor - the Supervisor - administering the questionnaire and asks the response of the users, or a participating group, which receives the response options.

Supervisor’s view – tutor

The videolearning™ control panel is activated when the Supervisor, after having sent a  PowerPoint questionnaire to all previously filtered with videolearning™ tagger, synchronizes all the users to the first slide with a question.

At this point select the Windows menu à videolearning™ to activate the videolearning™ control panel.

The area marked by arrow 1 indicates the opening/closing of the videolearning™ session, the area marked by 2  shows the opening/closing of a single polling on a specific slide, the area 3 collects the real time responses of the different users. In particular, the word “nr” is an abbreviation for “not received”: to close the vote on a single slide, the system incorporates this symbol to indicate that the user did not respond in time.

The response panel for videolearning™ is activated when the Supervisor opens the voting session.

The area marked with arrow 1 indicates the opening/closing of the videolearning™ session, the area marked 2 indicates the opening/closing of a pole on a specific slide, then it is possible to select the correct response. To send the option desired to the Tutor, press the icon indicated with the 4 arrow. The answer is collected in real time.
