Using videolearning™ in a conference
A user participating in the conference has the role of Supervisor and a number of other users are normal users. The supervisor is the one that will send a PowerPoint file containing a questionnaire, done as described in the paragraph above, and collect the answers of each user.
The supervisor will send a PowerPoint file to all the users. Once all users receive and see it in the Documents window, he synchronizes by pressing the synchronization button.

When the PowerPoint is synchronized on the first slide that contains the quiz, from the menu à Windows the Supervisor can open the control panel of videolearning™.
Please note that, if the Supervisor synchronize on a slide that hasn’t got a quiz, the videolearning™ panel won’t show.

The supervisor opens the test session by pressing the button marked by the letter A in the bow ('1' in the image above).
At this point the system asks if the user wants to save the excel file that contains the poll results.
Click the folder and the name of the file (automatic settings as the date and time of the session) and, at this point, the videolearning™ session starts. The “Elapsed time” in the “Session” area begins to flow.
All users get the answers panel, unless disabled.
The supervisor can open the first quiz, by pressing the button marked with the letter C in the “Quiz” box.
Also here, the relative time begins.
Each user at this point can select an answer to the quiz, by selecting from the drop-down menu on his response panel:

As you can see, in the “Quiz” section of the panel is available the voting status, the number voting and the time elapsed since opening the quiz.
Once you have selected an answer, press the button marked by an envelope to send your choice to the Tutor, which is seen in real time. You can change your answer simply by selecting another option and pressing on the envelope, till the supervisor decides to close the quiz.
The tutor leaves as long as he consider necessary for the other users to answer. Each time a user sends an answer, it automatically appears next to his name in the “Quiz summary” (figure 3).
When the tutor considers closing the quiz, press the button marked by the letter D. The word “nr” beside the name of the user stands for “not received” and means that the user did not give an answer in the available time by the tutor.
The system automatically collects answers entered by each participant, displayed in a matrix where the columns are questions and the rows are users. The correct answer is seen by the supervisor in the first row.
At the end of the polling (or when the supervisor decides to end the test session) it is sufficient to press the stop button in the “Session” box – marked by the letter B in the figure - to end the use of videolearning™. The system automatically calculates the percentage of correct answers, of a single user, or of a single question asked.
