The Whiteboard is a powerful tool included in easymeeting™. By using it, you will be able to draw free-hand or highlight parts of a file that is opened in the Documents Window.
All users participating in the meeting will received the same image and/or any comments and notes during the event drawn on the window, and can contribute their own at the same time.

In fact, the whiteboard is used simultaneously by all the users participating in the meeting. The first person that active the Whiteboard enables it also for all other users participating in the meeting.
To open the Whiteboard you can use the horizontal menu: Windows à Whiteboard, or press the feature on the toolbar button

At this point we recommend you to resize the Documents window for all participants (see how to send the size of our document window). The Whiteboard menu is accessed by pressing the right mouse button anywhere in the Documents window or through the horizontal menu à Whiteboard.
In particular the functionalities for the Whiteboard are:
1. Draw a line
2. Insert text
3. Draw a rectangle
4. Draw an ellipse
5. Erase everything on the Whiteboard
6. Refresh all contents of the Whiteboard
7. Print everything that is in the Whiteboard
8. Change the pen size for writing/drawing on Whiteboard
9. Change the font size of the text on the Whiteboard
10. Change the color of text on the Whiteboard
To draw simply move the mouse over the Documents window while holding the left mouse button. The application allows you to draw lines as shown in the following figure below.

Example of how to use the Whiteboard in a Document window
Using the Whiteboard does not allow synchronization because the board of all the users is a transparent sheet completely covering the Documents window. In case you're not able to advance the synchronization of the document, check that Whiteboard function has been disabled.
If you want to quickly erase the contents of the Whiteboard, you can simply press the “x” in the upper left corner. Pressing this button normally closes the document except when Whiteboard is activated, where it simply erases the contents.
