Users Windows (users in low quality or list)
This interface is dedicated to the display of Users participating in the meeting. The images are presented from the Webcam connected to the users with an image update every 3 seconds. (or configured by the level of the easymeeting™ server).
The bar at the base of each of the 20 windows containing an image is the name used by each user in the meeting, the supervisor is marked with “S” in the square next to the name (see figure).
The area can contain maximum 20 small video windows; for a number of participants more than 20 is provided a nominated list.
In both views (low quality and list), the context menu of the users window is activated by clicking with the right mouse button over each box/in each row and – on the participants with the supervisor role – enable a user on the Full-Duplex channel availability (see the supervisor user).
Remember, in fact, that all the users not activated in the Full-Duplex channel can see and hear what happens in the channel, but if you speak or move you are not seen or heard in the meeting: to intervene in audio and video it is required to be activated on a high quality channel.
It is not possible to hide the Users window.
