The Supervisor deactivates a user

To disable a user that was previously activated on a Full-Duplex channel it’s sufficient to move to the video channel in question and press the right mouse button. You see a context menu where you can click on “Remove”:

Otherwise, it is sufficient to replace the user to be removed with another participant, enabling the latter to the same Full-Duplex channel.
