The Supervisor activates a user

The procedure of the supervisor to enable himself or another user on the channel is as follows:

Activating a user on Full-Duplex  channel

 

•      Place the mouse on the users window, correspondent to the user you want to enable;

•      Press the right mouse button to display the shortcut menu as shown in the figure above;

•      Select one of the possible choices to activate (activate on channel 1, on channel 2, etc.)

 

At this point the user appears on the Full-Duplex channel you choose, and has the possibility to communicate with all other participants.
