The function of the Toolbar

toolbar_utentetoolbar_supervisoreIn this paragraph we will analyze the features of the toolbar, the container of buttons that allow us to activate and deactivate the intuitive key functions of the application.

Starting from version 20090427, easymeeting™ makes a single toolbar available that contains the features more frequently used and activated through the horizontal Windows© menu (through the path Menuà WindowsàToolbar).

Remember that each function activated through the menu toolbar is also available the horizontal menu Windows©.

On each toolbar, the buttons can have 3 different states, as shown in the next figure:

      Feature activated, red

Riservato: 2image_down_video

example of the button pressed and activated

      Function enable, blue

image_up_video

example of the enable button

      Function disabled, grey color

image_disrol_video

The functions can be disabled for both logical terms (for example, I cannot ask to be enabled on a Full-Duplex channel if I am already on the channel), for special privileges granted by the Administrator and some user/at the meeting: the most exemplary is the Interrupt function, which permits a user to join Full-Duplex without making a request to the Supervisor of the meeting.

Toolbar: user version(1) and supervisor version (2)

To better understand, the next paragraphs will include both versions of the toolbar, the standard toolbar (available from the 20090427 version and using the standard skin) and the previous ones (available using the classic skin).
