Any type of PowerPoint presentation can be used in this mode, created to overcome the lack of Power Point properties on some of the owners connected PCs (i.e., for the ones that use Open Office or have only a free viewer). This function shows the “photographs” on the PowerPoint presentation of the Supervisor and send images to all the connected users in the easymeeting™ conference.
Note that the Supervisor, who run this type of synchronization, must have Power Point installed on his PC.
To activate, once the Power Point presentation is open on the Documents window, the Supervisor moves to the synchronization button and active the context menu with the right mouse button above the icon:

At this point the easymeeting™ control panel appears, such as in the figure below:

Pressing the button 1 the file is sent to all users connected as a multiple jpeg images. You should wait a while before the delivery of the images and then you can synchronize the Power Point. Using the buttons 3 and 4, the Supervisor can move slide by slide, while all the users are automatically on the image correspondent. To end the shared display simply press the button marked with the number 2.
