You can activate easymeeting™ in this mode if you are the only one user registered on the server as Supervisor for the conference, or from the first user to select the mode (most common option).
From a functional point of view, the Supervisor is the mediator of the meeting and its tasks are to manage and set the priorities during the event. As well as enable and disable users according to their specifications (see how to enable users).
All of the users, theoretically, can be both Supervisor and Normal users. However, it is important to emphasis that, during a meeting, it is not possible to have more than one supervisor.
As said, in general when you launch the application as a Supervisor (by clicking on “Supervisor” in field 6, above) you remain as such until the end of the event (unless the application doesn’t close). Those who attempt to connect after as Supervisor would receive an error message indicating a current active supervisor.
In addition, the Supervisor becomes the Tutor with the possibility to collect real-time voting results while using the videolearning™ function, or it can remotely monitor the audio sent and received by each participant (in depth).
The interface is similar to the view of the user.
The Supervisor is identified with an “S” near the window of the user, as shown in this image:
