Starting the application

Double click on the easymeeting™ icon and the program will begin.

The first two operations request your username (field 1 of the next photo) and the related password (field 2).

Next you need to specify the conference you want to access (field 3) and the address of the server to connect to (field 4) which have initiated the conference.

The check box for the PIN (field 5), allows you to activate or deactivate the PIN selection (normally no PIN is required). The use of the PIN within a conference is managed by the parameter “Conference Call” with the server and/or scheduler. Once the mechanism to call is activated the operations possible are as follows:

- The supervisor selects a PIN and communicates it to the participants;

- The supervisor is connected to the first conference and sets the PIN;

- The users who wish to participate must enter the PIN.

The function of the PIN is introduced at the planning session and allows the supervisor to prevent other users connecting to what has been activated and release the code.

For connecting to the Client, there are four options (field 6):

      Supervisor

      Normal user

      Passive user

      Session Player (available in Offline mode)

In the next paragraph you will understand the details of each choice.

 

Field 7 gives you the option to access the conference or close the application.
