The resizing operation in the Document window is recommended for proper viewing of the Whiteboard to comment on open documents.
To send all the dimensions of the documents window use the horizontal menu Documents à Force remote document window size: in this case all the participants in the meeting can see the Documents window in the same dimension as the forcer.
