Send a file
First, you must search for the desired file using the Search a File button on the toolbar (or use the menu Documents à Select a Document) that allows you to browse the folders on your PC or local network.
Once enabling the selection of the document appears the usual search box of Window files:
You can also drag & drop the file from your desktop to the Messages from Server window.
After you have selected the file, you can send it to all participants by simply pressing on the Send File button (or use the horizontal menu Documents à Send a document).
In the window Messages à Sent files can be checked in real time the percentage of the file sent. For reasons related to the transmission protocol, easymeeting™ sends 3 times the file to all users to ensure that all documents are received. When the percentage of delivery reaches 100%, you should move to the window Messages – Messages from Server to control that all the users received files.
