Screen share window

The screen share window is a portion of your desktop displayed and shared by a user with all the other participants in the meeting.

The programs and documents open within this area are seen by all; the user performing the screen share can also share to enable other participants to use what is in the screen share area.

The user who activated screen share presents a transparent area, enclosed by a dash, indicating the area shown to the other participants.

The function is available to the Supervisor, who can transfer it to any other participant in the meeting through the delegation mechanism.

The screening share function is activated with an icon in the toolbar or through the horizontal menu of the Screen sharing.

It is possible to move the area simply by dragging the left mouse button pressed, rather than resize it (just position with the mouse in the bottom right corner and then hold the left mouse button until the desired size). View of all users

The user who receives the screen share of another participant can see a real window “screen”.

The function is activating the current icon in the toolbar or the horizontal window menu à screen sharing.
