Recording a session

The recording function of easymeeting™ allows, with the rights to use the virtual room, to save the entire contents of the meeting: audio, video, sent data, operation commentary, screen share, ect. It is possible to enable a level of easymeeting™ Administrator to send a message (the appearance of a red dot on the square of the user recording in the Users Window) that warns you if a user begins to record, for privacy reasons and the protection of the speaker. To register a session just use the horizontal menu: Session à Save session or press the button on the toolbar which will open the usual dialog box of Windows©, to decide where you want to save the file.

As you can see, the easymeeting™ session is saved with the “.ivc” format. By default, the file is saved with the name:

                Session-aaaa-mm-gg-hh-mm-ss-mmss.ivc

In the Session folder in easymeeting™ program directory.

Of course it’s always possible to change the path and file name.

To stop recording, press the same button, displayed below thus disabling the function.
