In order to view the previously recorded session, it’s sufficient to only have the easymeeting™ client installed on your PC.
When you login to the client, select “Session player”.
The boxes related to the Username, Password, Conference and Server are automatically disabled – because they're not necessary – when you select this box.

To activate the Session player is not necessary to be a registered user, or connected to an easymeeting™ server, or to a network. It’s sufficient to only have the easymeeting™ client and the saved session file.
When open, the easymeeting™ interface will only display an action window, the Session Player window

Furthermore, the only activated function is relative to search the easymeeting™ session, activated through the horizontal menu: Session à Open session or with the usual search icon:

Clicking will open the dialog window which allows you to find a recorded session file, format “.ivc”. After selecting the desired file the Session Player window will show the selected file, its total length and it’s possible to press “play” in blue.

The playback window session – selected file
By pressing the blue Play marked with the number 1 in the figure above, the selected session will start playing.
Moving the cursor will move the point of the session. Pressing the red Stop marked by the number 2 in the figure above, ends the playback and moves the cursor to the initial point. You can select to repeat countless times, simply tick the “Loop the session” box at the top.
Once you start the playback, you can temporarily stop it by pressing the blue Pause marked with the 1 in the figure below.

If you
can not see a sent file in a recorded session, it’s because it was sent after
recording was initiated. Make sure to have the original Office file in the
Download folder of easymeeting™ (C:\Programmi\Easymeeting\Client\Download). If
the file is not present (for example, because the PC you're using to playback
was not used during the meeting) please save a copy of the original file into
the directory above to be able to review it during playback.
