Selecting “passive user” in the login window (field 6, in the figure) it is possible (where the settings of the conference and the users are permitted) to participate in the conference as a “ghost”. In fact, once logged into this mode, it is possible to see and hear all without appearing on the Users List Window (without being able to communicate with the connected users).This is useful to watch a meeting from a PC without webcam or microphone (the passive user does not send any data about them). The supervisor will receive a message in the Messages from Server window advising them that a passive user has entered the meeting.
