A sent file is automatically opened in the Documents window of easymeeting™ for all users who receive it. The user who sent it, to open it, must double click on the related document in the Messages à Sent files window.
In the case of a PowerPoint document, a synchronization action from any person in the meeting opens the document to all participants in the meeting.

Obviously, because the document is visible to all clients connected in the virtual meeting, it is necessary that all PCs have installed the program that allows you to view the document. Typically a document is sent as an excel file, word, PowerPoint, rather than images .jpg, bmp, .gif or documents like .pdf
The first time you use easymeeting™ Windows© asks, through a dialog window that opens once receiving the file, what do you want for the type of document: it is recommended that you uncheck the box “Always ask for this file” and then click “Open”.
