Normal User

This is the normal way that a user can login to a video communication session. A user that enters a conference in this mode is placed in the Users List Window, where can watch and listen to all participants in Full-Duplex mode, but is not seen or heard in real time by the other participants. To engage with the others the Normal User must ask the supervisor to enable him in the Full-Duplex channel, by sending a booking request or enable himself automatically.

This is the type of user we will refer to in the next paragraph, unless specifically indicated otherwise.
