In this section you can check the parameters and the different options for the many to many conferences.
This section shows the static and dynamic parameters for the many to many conferences, parameters that appear as standard configuration when you create a new conference.

• Connection: shows the sent ping on the specified port is enabled or not and gives specific details, such as the timeout.
• Server: here the ID of the easymeeting™ server is indicated.
• Tunnel: indicates the port on which the tunnel passes.
• Conference controls: shows the timing associated with end conference warnings. The Alert advance field sets the minutes associated with the first warning, while the Check period defines the interval between a warning and the next.
This section presents the parameters that the allocation will be used to allocate multicast addresses and ports that will be used by the conference. These parameters are used and necessary that the Allocation option of the section Conferences à Network profile is set to Automatic. The sections multicast addresses parameters and ports parameters specify the multicast address and start and end ports initial and final which will be allocated. In fact, you will create a matrix that has index addresses and ports. Each box of the matrix corresponds to a virtual meeting room available for a conference, when the allocator has to allocate the space at a conference runs the matrix or by address or port (according to what is set in the box at the bottom left type allocation) and gives the conference the first free space; after the conference the box is released and returns to the allocation.

In this section you can view the standard features with which the conference will be created. Obviously when you are creating a conference you can change these characteristics in the “Special Options” section in Conference Manager à Conference. You can set different features for conferences created using easymeeting™ Server or easymeeting™ Scheduler.

• Conference special options for server or for scheduler (already seen in the Conference Manager -> Conference section):
o Keep conference status: this option allows the server to store the state of the conference, which makes sure that when a user logs in, the window that opens has the parameters set as the same as the other users that are already within the conference (for example, if the whiteboard is opened or not).
o Request user invite: this adds another option for access to the conference; to access, it is necessary to type, in addition to username and password, a PIN code decided and communicated in advance by the supervisor. For the mechanism to work properly it is necessary that the supervisor is the first to access the conference by checking the "pin" and typing the code of your choice.
o Enable videolearning™: this option allows the use of the videolearning™
o Manage more than 20 users: This option allows access to the conference in more than 20 users; in this case the list of connected users will not be displayed by the client with the low quality videos, but with a textual list.
o Enable session recording notification: this option allows all users to know the user who is recording the conference.
o Enable passive user notification: This option allows the supervisor to be informed, with a dedicated line in the Messages from server window, the presence of passive users as they enter or exit the conference.
o Disable booking list for common user: This option does not allow Normal users to see their booking order.
o Disable Sync PPT and whiteboard for user not enabled: this option restricts the use of the synchronization of PowerPoint files and Whiteboard only to users on Full-Duplex channels.
o Limit the number of participants: if enabled this option allows you to enter a maximum number of people who can attend the conference (the number must be specified in the Users field).
In this section you can view the parameters by which the server operates additional controls to the database, or radically change how it works.

• Static parameters:
o Conference special options: here you can view the parameters of a user conference. The drop-down menu allows you to select the input mode in the client conference. According to which the user is selected to enter the conference in addition to username and password must also type the name of the conference, the general or the network profile. The option permit multiple login for different conferences, if enabled, allows a user to connect to multiple conferences simultaneously from different machines.
o Special options: here you can view the additional options that affect the interaction between servers and databases.
§ Enable control tables when launching server: this option gives you the control the integrity of the tables when the server is launched.
§ Enable control tables when starting server: This option enables you to check the tables when the server is started.
§ Write conference information for scheduler: this option allows the writing of the details of dynamic tables in the conference dedicated to easymeeting™ Scheduler to update the connections.
§ Enable virtual user access notification: this option enables the virtual users to write in the file in the folder of the Server logins.
• Dynamical Parameters:
o Enable easymeetingOnCall ManyToMany auto: with this option all the conferences by ManyToMany on easymeetingOnCall become ManyToMany Auto type, auto enabling users to Full-Duplex channels (supervisor always on channel 1, the others to follow, until complete exhaustion of available channels).
o License: this option allows the administrator user to be alerted when values are violated the license when you manage users and conferences.
In this section you can enable and access the web page to control the easymeeting™ Server. In that page you can, after a valid login, send the commands rexec.
