Info

In this section you will find general information relating to the server and the modules connected.

 

MAIN

This page shows the different versions of the main modules connected to the scheduler.

The respective sections (Cored, Guid, Webd) specify the following fields:

      IVC Version: official version of Interactive Video Communication.

      Status of engine: indicates whether the engine is started or stopped.

      Status of service: indicates whether the service is started or stopped.

Auxiliary

This page shows the different versions of the auxiliaries modules connected to the scheduler.

The respective sections (EUS, TCP tunnel, easymeetingOnCall) specify the following fields:

      IVC Version: official version of Interactive Video Communication.

      Status of service: indicates whether the service is started or stopped.

      Link status: indicates whether the module is connected or not.

 

Info – Auxiliary

License

In this section there are two boxes: the left shows the detail of your server license, while on the right is the maximum value of connected users and active channels in a single conference.

In particular in the box License, are the following fields:

      License status: indicates if the license is active or not.

      Expiration date: indicates the date the licence expires.

      Max users connected: indicates the maximum number of users who can simultaneously participate in the conference.

 

In the Limits box are the following fields:

      Max users for conference: indicates the maximum number of users able to participate in a conference.

      Max active channels for conference: indicates the maximum number of channels simultaneously active during a conference.

Info – License

 

Database

Here is the main information on the Database connected to the server. This page is different depending on the database to which you want to connect the server: for example, if you are using an MS Access database you need to see the Path of location, MSDE database / SQLEXPRESS MYSQL or you need to see the Host on which you installed the database server and the Name of it.

 

In particular, the fields are as follows:

      Version: indicates the database version.

      Type: indicates the type of database that can be MS Access, MSDE/SQLSERVER or MYSQL.

      Host: (only for MSDE/SQLEXPRESS or MYSQL) indicates the address where you installed the server database.

      Name: (only for MSDE/SQLEXPRESS or MYSQL) indicates the name of the database.

Time

Indicated here are the date and time of the Server, Database, and the machine you are working on (Local).

Here are the addresses given of the mail server and email used by the scheduler.

Here are the parameters given that affect the configuration of the scheduler, then the language, the activation of translation in time of the easymeeting™ server and the use of a temporary password in the IVQ string for access to the conference.
