Grab a desktop portion
Grab of the desktop can be thought of as a snapshot taken at the moment of your PC. It is usually used to quickly send an image of what you are doing, without having to activate the Screen Share. The function is activated through the horizontal menu: Desktop – Grab screen area.
Once pressed, easymeeting™ is resized with the tray bar icon on Windows© and the program will immediately open below. Clicking at the point of the screening, the image is saved in the window: Messages from Server à Sent files as shown in the following figure:
You can decide to send the image to other users in the conference through the Send a file function (see also how to open and close a document).
