Gateway
The gateway devices are additional to the easymeeting™ license, which allows a easymeeting™ conference to interface with other applications of traditional video conferencing, (for example endpoint Polycom, Aethra, Tandberg, Sony, ecc), videoconference software (for example NETmeeting) or GSM devices (fixed or mobile phones). In this section you can set the parameters.
General
In this section you can check the parameters of the Gateway, in particular you can see if you have set to use a gatekeeper with its address, the value of the period of refresh and timeout for the ping and connection.
easymeeting™
In this section you can find information on the gateway to the server. As well as search for a specific gateway in the list by entering the name in the search box and pressing the Search button.
• Registered H323 Gateway: listed here are all the H323 gateway created with their characteristics.
• General: show the name of the gateway and if it is enabled.
• Video codec: this section shows the parameters for the video codec used by the selected gateway.
• Log: represents the level of information details that will appear in section Log à H323 Gateway of the Server.
• Network: shows the parameters of the gateway’s network.
o Server side: specified here is the address to the gateway and port used to communicates with the server
o H323 side: here are the parameters specified for the H323 connections, such as the listening port.
