Feedback and Http

Depending on the type of communication set in the tab “Communication”, you have the possibility to go and set the details in the relative schedule.

This is the Feedback Schedule window:

easymeetingOnCall: type of communication, “Feedback”

In this section are the parameters of connection for easymeetingOnCall with the “Feedback” type of communication; the typical values are:

•      Server port: 8014, used for reporting online – offline ect

•      Timeout: 60

•      Ping timeout: 60.

easymeetingOnCall: “HTTP” type of communication

This section applies the parameters of connection for communication for easymeetingOnCall with the “HTTP” type of communication; the typical values are:

•      Server port: 443, used for signaling

•      Proxy mode: you can choose between:

o  No Proxy;

o  Use proxy (proxy which does not require authentication for navigation);

o  Proxy auth (proxy which requires authentication for navigation).

Depending on what you choose, the fields below are or not enabled, according to their credentials.

•      Proxy address: enter the IP address of your proxy;

•      Proxy port: enter the port of communication of the proxy;

•      Proxy user: enter your username for navigation;

•      Proxy password: enter your password for navigation.

When you have entered your parameters, you can click on “Save” and return to the entry mask for your credentials to use the communication tool.
