easymeetingOnCall

General

In this section you can check if the easymeeting OnCall service is active and find the main parameters. In particular you can see which protocol is used (FBK, HTTP or both), their ports and timeouts.

EMonCall - General

      General: Here you can enable the monitor of the status for the easymeetingOnCall agents.

      User searching options: in this section you can see the limitations, set by the server, on search the users. It is possible that the search is restricted only in the group to which the user connected with easymeetingOnCall through the option Limit the search to the user group.

      Special options: in this section it is possible to see a particular option relative to the easymeetingOnCall server

Write agent information for the scheduler: this option enables the writing of the details of the dynamic tables in the conference devoted to update the connections to the easymeeting™ Scheduler.

Allow user to connect from another PC: this option allows a user to connect a second time from another PC – this action disconnects the user from the first PC.

      Server: this section specifies the IP address/name of the machine on which you installed the easymeetingOnCall server.

      Connection: here are all the details about the connection with the easymeetingOnCall server as the port and setup of ping timeout.

      Windows agent timeout: in this section you can check the display window of the conference calls or received messages - if the parameters is not defined, it will be used the single user definition.

 

Web

In this section you can check the address of the easymeetingOnCall control web page (the page that shows all the agents connected to the easymeetingOnCall server).
