Through this you can:
1. Load a pre-defined windows layout (more);
2. Save new windows layouts (more);
3. Load the pre-defined windows layout (more);;
4. Lock/Unlock the windows layout to all participants. In the first case the other users cannot move any toolbar, window or element in their screen, until the locker user decides to unlock the screens. This function is normally disabled for the user, but the easymeeting™ Administrator can enable this function to selected users using easymeeting™ Scheduler.
If each PC has different screen resolution, activating this function will make it difficult to view the document. If more than a user with this grant login to the same conference, only the first that login can use the lock function.
