Activate the mouse pointer

When you open the PowerPoint document in the Documents window, you can use the mouse pointer function to highlight the concepts and focus the attention of the participants in the meeting.

This feature simulates the use of a dynamic pointer, such as infrared lights used during a presentation in the conference room.

Using the mouse pointer is for the Supervisor, which can transfer this function to another participant using the delegation mechanism.

 

The function is available with the horizontal menu: Documents à Mouse pointer or the contextual menu by clicking the right mouse button on the synchronizing icon on the toolbar.

Once you activate the Mouse pointer, the person in control still see his usual cursor, while all the users see every movement of the mouse represented by a mobile red dot.
